::YouR rAnDom Bible Verse 4 toDay:: from a RaNdom Christian Lesbian of 2morrow: Staying in Prayer

Ephesians 6:13-18
13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. 14 Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared  16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. 17 Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

One can easily get caught up thinking about their own  problems- what battles we might be facing, work, school, family...
But God our father united us thru Christ so we are all family and as family we are called to not only love and care for one another but also lift each other up in prayer.
...And there are times in life when all we can do is pray, but sometimes we have choices- sometimes there is a road. One to the right and one to the left and we, as believers seek God’s face asking which way to go. That day my friends is everyday. Christ said to take up your cross daily - choose daily to follow Him. (Luke 9:22). Daily put on the armor of God, the belt of TRUTH - living in INTEGRITY and HONOR. We believers, are called to live a life of morality and at times it can be really tough. Sometimes your faced with the “hard right over the easy wrong” and  in the end the easy way is never quite what it seems - and we have to remember that we walk God’s way and not our own. This is another reason why we are called to pray for one another - keep each other lifted up prayer so that when the battle comes for you- You have brothers and sisters praying for you - Just like a family helps one another we must continually pray for our TRUE family- united in Christ.
As always, be blessed- and a blessing to someone else.
